It was as perfect as they come with one exception-
this was Jen's last sunset on St. Croix.
(for a while)
and found them conspiring to board Shalimar.
After following a trail through tunnels of granite
and by giant boulders
and through some tight squeezes 
we came out on the beach at Devil's Bay 
where we put on masks and fins and snorkeled our way back. 
There was plenty of room at the Soggy Dollar.
Which meant no waiting to try a hand at the well worn ring game.
After a nasty start the weather cleared and we picked up our guests on St Thomas. We then headed to St John to spend the night in Leinster Bay.
Sometimes it pays to answer the phone. 
Their job is to climb down into the holding tanks onboard the tanker to clean and inspect to make sure that any new petroleum product that gets loaded in won't be contaminated by whatever was in there previously.
