RainForest Hike

Today we drove through the gates of an old sugar plantation

and past some old rusting relics

to hike along a dry stream bed

that runs through the overgrown grounds.

We passed ruins of old buildings

and jungle critters

and old stands of bamboo

as the sun set through the rainforest canopy.

Another good day on St Croix
