After waiting out the rain in our little hostel-like room in Old San Juan, we walked over to check out the sunset from El Morro 

 and flirt with the pretty guards

 before walking the streets looking for mofongo.

MANTA!

Between dives this morning while going to a next dive site we saw a small manta ray swim by from the flybridge. The captain (thankfully not me today!) spun the boat around while several of us grabbed masks and fins.

 Luckily one of the ladies on the boat also remembered her camera. Thanks Joni!

Turtle Hunt

We went snorkeling again specifically to find a turtle for my sister.

 At the pier we found a sleepy hawksbill, but it was about 20ft down and the water wasn't all that clear, 

 so we moved up along the shore to Rainbow Beach where we found this little lady in about 8ft of crystal clear water.

 She was more than happy to pose for some pictures.

 Sandy got her turtle!

Isaacs Bay 17°44'55"N 64°34'20"W

After waiting far too long I finally saw Isaacs Bay for the first time after hiking down from Point Udall.

 We hiked down to the beach and had the whole place to ourselves.

 Evidently a turtle had made an appearance earlier than us which got my visiting sister way excited- she's kind of obsessed with sea turtles, but has never actually seen one.

 After I got out of the way

 we went snorkeling

but no turtles.
