Soursop

The day started with a trip to Artfarm. Fresh veggies, local raw honey, made from scratch chocolate, greens, and soon to be ripe pineapples!



Then it was over to Ha'Penny Beach for a quick peek at what its all about.




The best treat of the day though was a perfectly ripe soursop from our neighbor!



After pulling out all the seeds, we blended it with sugar, ice, and a little bit of milk.



Deeeelicious!




And Lisa wanted me to point out that I'm blending in pretty well, too.
